Versatile actor Akshay Kumar has emerged as a superstar in Bollywood with his films doing a stunning business at the Box Office. The actor is also known for the most number of releases in a year and is surely considered one of the busiest actors in the industry. With many ventures in his kitty, some reports claim that Akshay has signed yet another project with none other than Ekta Kapoor.
An insider revealed, “Akshay Kumar has his hands full right now, with Prithviraj, Atrangi Re, and Bell Bottom. But this still does not stop him from signing new ventures. In fact, given the pace at which he shoots for films, Akshay has ample time for new projects.”

Speaking of Ekta Kapoor’s project for which Akshay has given his nod, the insider said, “Which filmmaker does not want to do a project with Akshay Kumar? He is one of the most bankable actors today, and when it comes to Ekta Kapoor, she will obviously have thought things through before approaching him. So yes, Ekta has approached Kumar and has also received a green light for the venture”.
When quizzed about further details about the project the insider said that nothing much is known about it. He further added that although Khiladi Kumar has given a green signal to the project he is yet to finalize the finer details.
Even when the news has broke out, neither Ekta or Akshay has made any official announcement about the same. The details about the project are kept tightly under wraps and no source has any clue about it.
On the work front, Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi was slated to release on March 24, 2020, but the makers had to postpone the release date pertaining to the lockdown order imposed by the government due to the coronavirus pandemic.
