Friday opening is a big day for every film. Theaters welcome movies every Friday and the box office clash has been a part of the film industry for years now. Akshay Kumar reacted to the theatrical clash to Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha with his Raksha Bandhan. Aamir booked 11th august for the release of his movie Laal Singh Chaddha when the trailer was launched on 29th May during the IPL finale. However not a long time back Akshay’s Raksha Bandhan trailer was out and it was announced that the movie will release on the same day as LSC.
Both the much-awaited movies are releasing on 11th August 2022, which means it will be a big clash at the theaters. See because of Covid many films didn’t release. Many films are still lying around, waiting to be released in theatres. So two films releasing together is a very natural thing.”
Akshay Kumar responds positively to Raksha Bandhan and Laal Singh Chaddha box office clash. He hopes a good run for both the films at the box office adding, “I wouldn’t say we are clashing! We are trying to get our films to people and I hope both films have a good run.”
