Akshay Kumar Gets Brutally Trolled, Netizens Say ‘Read NCERT Books’

Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for his much-awaited film release of Prithviraj. The actor was recently spotted in Varanasi and Delhi to promote his film. Recently the actor got trolled for his statement made on history textbooks are filled with information on Mughal invaders, but don’t talk about kings like Prithviraj Chauhan and Maharana Pratap. On which the netizens trolled the actor suggesting he read NCERT books.

In a recent interview, the actor said, “Unfortunately, our history textbooks only have 2-3 lines about Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, but a lot has been mentioned about the invaders. There is hardly anything mentioned about our culture and our Maharajas. Nobody is there to write about it in our history books. I would like to appeal to the Education Minister to look into this matter and see if we can balance it. We should know about Mughals but know about our kings also, they were great too.”

Reacting to his statement netizens took over the social media and trolled the actor, a user wrote, “Clearly @akshaykumar never went to school in India or studied from NCERT textbooks. He must have been tutored in RSS shakhas.” Another user wrote,” Clearly @akshaykumar never went to school in India or studied from NCERT textbooks.

Akshay Kumar in the lead is also joined by Sanjay Dutt, Manav Vij, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana, and Manushi Chillar who will essay the role of Sanyuktha. Earlier titled Prithviraj but then changed to Samrat Prithviraj will release on June 3 all over India in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
