Looks like in this upcoming year Akshay is all ready and set to entertain his fans with the sleuth of exciting films in his pipeline and another exciting scoop in the same is that Akshay and Kriti to commence Bachchan Pandey shoot in Jan 2021.
After finishing all his previous film projects in this year by shooting post the lockdown, now Akshay is ready to bring in his new year with a new film, where both Akshay and Kriti to commence Bachchan Pandey shoot in Jan 2021.

If there’s any globally loved Bollywood superstar who is known for his punctuality and timeliness to finish several film shootings within a year it is undoubtedly Akshay Kumar as after wrapping Bell Bottom, the Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar is all set to embark in his new year with a new film wherein Akshay and Kriti to commence Bachchan Pandey shoot in Jan 2021.
According to a recent report in a leading entertainment tabloid, Akshay and Kriti will soon be going off to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan to start filming of Bachchan Pandey which is all set to go on the floors by 6th January 2021 wherein the report further also mentioned about how a 30 days schedule has been planned for Bachchan Pandey with both Akshay and Kriti where approximately 100 people are going to go to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan to kick start the shooting of the action comedy flick. In Bachchan Pandey, Akshay will be seen essaying the role of a gangster who is wanting to become an actor.
A source involved in development of the film was also quoted telling the leading entertainment tabloid, “Along with Kriti Sanon, he is likely to start shooting on January 6. He plays a gangster, who is also an aspiring actor. A 30-day shoot is being planned in Rajasthan. The actors will return to the bay in February”.
The film is being directed by Farhad Samji and is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. an earlier report had also stated about how team Bachchan Pandey was securing the permissions and access required for shooting in Jaisalmer amidst the new normal post pandemic.
Meanwhile, currently Akshay was in the Delhi NCR region for shoot of Atrangi Re with Sara and Dhanush. The film is being directed by ace director Aanand L Rai and is being bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar.
