After ‘The Kashmir Files’, Vivek Agnihotri Announces Next Film- ‘The Delhi Files’

After the mind-boggling success of ‘The Kashmir Files’, director Vivek Agnihotri is all set to begin a new journey. He revealed on social media that he will soon begin working on a new film.

Vivek Agnihotri New Film: Vivek Agnihotri’s new film is titled ‘The Delhi Files’. He first thanked people for making ‘The Kashmir Files’ a huge success as he wrote on Instagram, “I thank all the people who owned #TheKashmirFiles. For last 4 yrs we worked very hard with utmost honesty & sincerity. I may have spammed your TL but it’s important to make people aware of the GENOCIDE & injustice done to Kashmiri Hindus.”

Announcing his new film, he said, “It’s time for me to work on a new film The Delhi Files.”H

He also shared a picture of himself with folded hands.

While Vivek Agnihotri has announced the title of the film, he has not yet revealed the subject. People on the internet are also curious to know the next issue he is going to pick and showcase to the world. An internet user wrote, “woww so excited about your new movie, please share with us, whats its gonna be about, n all the best.”

Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Files’ was released worldwide on 11th March and took the box office by storm. The small-budget film raked over Rs 330 cr at the box office and garnered unparallel love from the audience. The film depicted the exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits from the Kashmir Valley in the 1990s.

Before this, Vivek directed ‘The Tashkent Files’ based on the mysterious death of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri in 1966.
