The above video starring several A-listers of Bollywood is currently going viral on social media. It dates back to July 28, 2019. Karan Johar had posted this video on his Instagram where several Bollywood celebs gathered at his residence for a Saturday night. Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and others can be seen in the video. What’s grabbing everyone’s attention is the body language and expressions of everyone present in the party.
People believe that they were doing drugs and were too high when the video was shot and posted. Even last year, when Karan Johar posted it, the celebs faced severe backlash from people. However, Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal came out and said that they were not doing any drugs. Vicky even said that he had just recovered from an illness.
The clarification:
Vicky had said, “We all knew the video was being taken and five minutes before the video was shot Karan’s mom was with us. The video was put up. Next day I leave for Arunachal Pradesh. I was with the army for the next four days in the hills where there is no network. So I have no clue of what’s going on.”
While Karan dismmissed all the reports by calling them ‘baseless’. He had said, “There were achieving members of the industry who were having an easy night out after a hard week of work, having a good time. I took that video with all the earnestness… would I be putting out that video if there was anything happening at all, I am not stupid.”
However, this video has now grabbed the attention of NCB as they are currently investigating the drug connection in Bollywood. According to the reports, Rhea Chakraborty has given the names of 20-25 Bollywood celebs who are involved in consuming or procuring drugs. These people are likely to be summoned soon.
