After Boycott trends, netizens support Aamir Khan's film Laal Singh Chaddha as they start a new trend with the hashtag #IndiaWithLaalSinghChaddha on Twitter.

LaalSinghChaddha: Days before the release a boycott trend has been trending against the movie Laal Singh Chaddha on Twitter. Reacting to this actors Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor addressed the matter. However, recently Twitteratis have started to show support for Aamir’s film with a new hashtag #IndiaWithLaalSinghChaddha while requesting people to go and watch the film.

Days before the release of the film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ a boycott trend has been trending on Twitter, in which many netizens used the hashtag #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha on Twitter, asking people to not watch the movie. Some users shared Aamir Khan’s controversial “India’s growing intolerance” statement on social media soon after which the boycott trend started circulating on social media.

However, another trend has now been going viral on Twitter in which many netizens have urged the public to watch the film. Twitter users have recently started with the hashtag #IndiaWithLaalSinghChaddha on Twitter. A Twitter user wrote, “#IndiaWithLaalSinghChaddha I will watch this Movie 1st day 1st show let’s Win against this Boycott Gang, They put a lot of effort into making the film. We need to appreciate their hard work”.

Another user supported the actor and wrote, “#AamirKhan helps Poor people and doesn’t let anyone know about his donations Man literally brought a change in Maharashtra through his paani foundation work Satyamev jayate was the best show to come out from India You question him? Ungrateful morons”.

Meanwhile, in a conversation with India Today actress Kareena Kapoor responded to the boycott trends and said, “Of course, because the accessibility is there today. Everyone has a voice today. There are different platforms. Everyone has an opinion. So now, if that is going to be there, then you have to learn to ignore certain things. Otherwise, it will just become impossible to live your life. And that’s why I don’t take any of this like seriously.”

Earlier actor Aamir Khan also responded to the trends and said, “Yes, I feel sad. Also, I feel sad that some of the people who are saying this, in their hearts, they believe that I am someone who doesn’t like India. In their hearts, they believe, but it is untrue. It is rather unfortunate that some people feel that way. That’s not the case. Please don’t boycott my film. Please watch my film.”

Laal Singh Chaddha stars Aamir Khan, and Kareena Kapoor in the lead, it also stars Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya in key roles. The film is helmed by Advait Chandan and produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Paramount Pictures. Laal Singh Chaddha will lock horns with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan on 11th August.
