Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher have been gearing up for their new upcoming flick ‘Ghoomer’. While recently the lead actress Saiyami Kher has shared the film’s first look poster on her social media, along with a heartfelt note.
Saiyami Kher Shares First Look From Ghoomer
Taking over to Instagram actress Saiyami Kher penned down a note and wote, “Every project I do it feels special, some feel extra special. All my life, I’ve dreamt of living the life of a professional cricketer. ‘Ghoomer’ gave me that opportunity. As they say, when you really want something, the universe conspires to make it happen. This project taught me that.
She added, “Captained by R. Balki, shot by @vishalsinhadop Ghoomer was all about team work. This was a project with some of the nicest people I’ve met. This was project that let me play a sport which I love. A project that let me play one of the most challenging roles I’ve played thus far; both emotionally & physically. It feels too good to be true”.

While recently, Dasvi actor Abhishek Bachchan also shared a picture on his birthday announcing the shoot of the film, he wrote, “Can’t ask for a better birthday present!

For the unversed, Saiyami has worked in films like ‘Choked’, ‘Unpaused’ and more. While in Ghoomer the actress will be seen essaying the role of a cricketer. While actor Abhishek Bachchan will be seen as her coach in the film. The film also stars Shabana Azmi in a key role. However, quite a few people know that the actress has played cricket during the early of her age in school and was even selected for the National team selection.
The upcoming film Ghoomer features Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, Shabana Azmi, Angad Bedi, Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, and Ivanka Das. The movie is backed by Hope Productions. The production design is by Sandeep Sharad Ravade and the music is by Amit Trivedi.
On the work front, Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in Dasvi which gathered a good response from the audience. On the other hand, Saiyami will be seen in Tahira Kashyap’s Sharmaji Ki Beti and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwary’s Faadu.
