17 December 2004 released movie starrer by Shah Rukh Khan as Mohan a scientist at NASA who visit India to meet his Amma. But seeing such things as the underdeveloped condition of his village he decides to stay back for the upliftment of his hometown. SRK’s Swades is the first Indian filmed inside the headquarters of NASA.
3) Rang De Basanti
Under Rakesh Omprakash’s direction, Rang De Basanti displays the societal issues in India. A British student travels to India for a documentary of five freedom fighters on India. She selects five friends as the Indian rebels in the movie, which convinces them to fight against the corruption of the government.
4) Chak De India
Shah Rukh Khan’s Chak De India peddles patriotism, gender bias, and religious bashing at the same time helmed by Kabir Khan. SRK plays the role of a coach of the Indian Women’s Hockey Team, with the desire to salvage his reputation lost in the past and make the Indian team win the international tournament.

5) LOC Kargil
LOC Kargil is another masterpiece of Indian cinema, that follows the Kargil War fought between India and Pakistan. The movie takes us to the lives of the warriors fighting against Pak to occupy the Kargil sector. The film features Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Suniel Shetty among others.
A grand celebration will take place on the Kartavya path in New Delhi this year. The series of events will include the grand parade showcasing the nation’s tradition, progress, achievements, and cultural heritage and airshows by the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy on television.
