1- RRR
Alia Bhatt will be making her Telugu debut with SS Rajamouli’s film ‘RRR’. The period action drama film also stars Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn and Jr. NTR. Delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the film will finally hit the theatres on 7 Jan 2022. Alia Bhatt will be playing the role of Sita in the film.
2- Gangubai Kathiawadi
In Feb 2022, Alia Bhatt will return to the big screens in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. In a never seen before avatar, Alia is all set to blow our minds by playing a mafia queen and owner of a brothel in Gangubai Kathiawadi. Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Huma Qureshi will be making special appearances in the film. The film will release on 18th Feb 2022.
3- Brahmastra
A film in the making for 7 years will finally release in 2022. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who were signed for Brahmastra in 2014 are eagerly waiting for the film’s release. It is the first part of a fantasy trilogy directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar. The film will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada on 9 September 2022.
4- Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani
After winning our hearts in 2019 film Gully Boy, Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh have reunited once again for a love story. titled ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. The actors are currently busy shooting for this film and are aiming for a release on 10th Feb 2023. It is directed by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Productions. The film also stars Preity Zinta, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.

5- Jee Le Zaraa
It’s hard to keep calm as Alia Bhatt will soon go on a road trip with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. Farhan Akhtar will be directing the film titled ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ and it is yet to go on the floors. We can expect its release in the second half of 2023.
6- Takht
Alia will also be seen in another Karan Johar film titled ‘Takht’. The multi-starrer film was announced in 2019 and has been put on hold. However, Karan has ensured that he will work on the film very soon. After finishing ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, we can expect Takht to go on the floors. This film also stars Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Bhumi Pednekar.
