2021 turned out to be a beautiful year for the leading actors of the 2019 film Uri: The Surgical Strike. Uri is an action film based on the real event of the retaliation to the 2016 Uri attack. It was directed by debutant Aditya Dhar with a stellar cast comprising Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam, Paresh Rawal and Mohit Raina.
Recently, the three leading actors of Uri got married and surprised their fans. On June 4, 2021, Yami Gautam got married to Uri director Aditya Dhar in a traditional ceremony in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. People were quite surprised when she posted her wedding pictures because the duo never gave a hint of them dating each other.
In December, Uri’s leading actor Vicky Kaushal took over the headlines for his royal wedding with Katrina Kaif. The duo, who had been secretly dating for about two years, finally got married on Dec 9, 2021, in Rajasthan.
And on New Year’s eve, actor Mohit Raina was secretly getting ready to be a groom. On 1 January 2022, he surprised his fans when he posted his wedding pictures. The actor got married to Aditi Sharma in a very intimate ceremony.
Well, these three actors are currently enjoying their honeymoon phase.
Uri: The Surgical Strike was released on 11 January 2019 and received high critical acclaim and ranks among the highest-grossing Hindi films. Vicky Kaushal received National Award for his performance in the film.
