After a heartbreaking news of Vinesh Phogat disqualifcation from the Paris Olympics 2024, the entire nation feels demotivated. Despite her exemplary performance, Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat not be allowed to play in the Paris olympics finals on August 9th,2024. Hearing this sadening announcement, several actors from the Bollywood industry have come up to show their love to the nation’s daughter.
From Vicky Kaushal to Farhan Akhtar, every possible celebrity extended their heartfelt support to Phogat. Alia Bhatt penned a long note after the decision was announced, where she wrote, “Vinesh Phogat you are an inspiration to the entire nation. Nothing can take away your resilience, nothing can take away the hardships you’ve been through to create history! Today you must be heartbroken to say the least and we are heartbroken with you. but woman you are golg- you are iron and you are the steel!!!!!…..”
On the other hand, Bad Newz actor Vicky Kaushal also shared a picture of Vinesh from the previous day which went viral after she was announced to reach the Paris Olympics 2024 finals. He captioned the image as, “A winner beyond medals!”. As the moment breaks a millions of hearts in India, the time is beyond tough for the Phogat herself.
Other actors including Bhumi Pednekar, Farhan Akhtar and Swara Bhaskar also extended their support to the lady’s loss.

Vinesh Phogat Disqualified For This Reason!
The Indian freestyle wrestler was declared overweight today after she weighed a 100 grams more than 50kg. The champion worked hard the entire night after the news of reaching the finale race was out, to reduce 2kgs. She did not sleep or eat anything and consistently worked on reducing those 2 kilos. However, she was taken aback after she saw a difference of 100grams. She was further disqualified and further disallowed from participating in the finale race.

PM Modi Comes In Vinesh Phogat ‘s Support
Extending his heartfelt gratitude to what Phogat has done so far for the industry, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shared a note on social media talking about the wrestler’s loss. Reports also say that he has initiated a step towards looking out at the matter to understand if anything could be done on the same.
