A couple of weeks back, it was announced that Ayushmann Khurrana will be starring as the main lead in Abhishek Kapoor’s next project. The film is pitched as a progressive love story that features actress Vaani Kapoor as the female lead.
The recent update about the same is that Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Pragya Kapoor’s Guy In The Sky Pictures will be collaborating once again for their next joint production. They will be bankrolling the yet-to-be-titled love story starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor.
The untitled film has been the talk of the town ever since its announcement. Both Ayushamann Khurrana and Abhishek Kapoor had expressed their excitement on working along with each other. In the movie, the versatile actor will yet again be seen in a never-seen-before avatar. The 35-year-old actor is currently undergoing a physical transformation for nailing his role with perfection. The untitled film will reportedly go on floors in October this year.
Speaking about joining hands with Bhushan Kumar, Pragya said that he and Abhishek always had the desire to work with each other. She further added that they both are equally happy to start this journey with a wonderful love story. Giving away some details, Pragya revealed that the film has an amazing soundtrack and she asserted that it is very different from what Abhishek has done before. Pragya then appreciated the T-Series’ head for his commitment to deliver quality content together.
Even Bhushan Kumar expressed his pleasure to be working with Pragya Kapoor by saying that he’s glad to be on-board for this film with Pragya and Abhishek. Bhushan also added that he has always admired Abhishek and Pragya’s way of working on scripts, different stories, and engaging the masses every single time.
Bhushan Kumar also mentioned that Abhishek Kapoor will be creating an unconventional love story with the new on-screen pairing of Ayushmann and Vaani. He concluded by saying that Ayushmann will once again surprise everyone with his work in this film.
On the work front, Pragya Kapoor and Bhushan Kumar will also be bankrolling two more films- One based on the Pulwama terror attacks, and the other one being Sharabi.
