Indo-Canadian rapper AP Dhillon, who has set standards for the upcoming artists with his awesome singing, is out there for his India tour. Recently, the ‘With You’ singer made headlines for allegedly accusing Diljit Dosanjh for blocking him on social media. The verbal spat became a viral topic of discussion after AP Dhillon raised an allegation that Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh has blocked him on instagram, while he is sending good wishes to him during public concerts as a marketing tactic. While the chaos was almost dropping down, when another surprising announcement by AP has turned netizens wondering his motive. In a recent conversation, AP Dhillon said that he has been constantly rejecting offers to sing for Hindi films from the past 2 years. The actor denied working for the industry in the future as he looks at it as ‘getting lost in the crowd’.

AP Dhillon On Rejecting Offers From Bollywood
In a recent interaction in The Ranveer Show, AP Dhillon revealed that he wishes to stay away from Bollywood as much as he could. When he was asked if he is making any song for a bollywood project, AP said, “No. I am keeping myself away from films. I just don’t wanna sell my music. Let others do whatever they are doing, I wanna set an example for upcoming artists. Till then their business doesn’t get set, I won’t sing in movies.” Dhillon further clarified that he does not want to do what every other artist is doing. “If 10 people are doing it, and I start doing the same, then the ones who are coming behind looking at me as an ideal, what message am I sending to them?”, AP Dhillon added.
The Canadian rapper also acknowledged the fact that it was very tough for him to say no to some people, but he did not want to be a sell out. He said he did not wish to be a sheep, despite knowing the fact that working for bollywood films could help him make better money.
Talking about his work, rapper-singer AP Dhillon has given many hits in the past. More specifically all of his songs from 2020 (which was a Covid phase) gained higher traction from audience. Some of them include Dil Nu, Excuses, Brown Munde and more. As the year ends, the classic rapper comes ahead with his concerts scheduled in different cities. This comes just after the Diljit Dosanjh Dil-luminati India Tour’2024 is set to end. Fans have always been in awe of Dhillon’s music and have looked up to him for more bangers.
